Amazing for the price,
For under $20, this is easily the best mouse I have ever owned. I do a lot of gaming and a lot of normal desktop work, and this mouse is just great for both.
For most people, the DPI switch (which switches from 800 to 1600 DPI instantly) will be useful, but I don’t like going over 800 DPI, so I never use it. The looks and feel of the mouse are good, it doesn’t feel cheap and it doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart on me. It worked instantly out of the box, and the two buttons on the side are useful for Ventrilo or other hotkeys in games.
I only have a few complaints about it. Parts of the mouse are shiny, and anything that your hand constantly touches shouldn’t be shiny.
The places that your thumb and fingers go on the mouse have this material that is already easy to grip, but then there’s a bunch of “holes” or “divest” in the material. I’m guessing this is to make it easier to grip, but the material it had before was already good enough for that. I can’t imagine it’s easy to clean each individual hole.
The cable is also short. It’s a cheap mouse, so I can’t really complain about that, but if it were 6 inches longer it would be infinitely better.
Overall, great mouse, great buy, the rest is just me nit-picking about ease of cleanliness.

|Best Mouse I Ever Owned!!!,
Very, Very Good Mouse. My last 2 wireless mouses were the Microsoft 5000 and 6000 v.2 and I had issues with both of them with Windows 7. This mouse was one third the cost with 3 times the performance and is very precise and has perfect tracking. Very nice fit and feel in my relatively large hand. Easy to pick up and reposition. Nice adjustable dpi switch also. Could have been a little heavier. My only con is that there was no mention anywhere about how to program the buttons or how to adjust the scroll rate. Nothing, anywhere. Even my driver scan program didn’t detect any drivers for it. I finally found the driver for it on the Gigabyte web site and now I am able to program all the buttons just the way I like to. Also you can’t beat the price either!!!

|An excellent overall value,
For twenty bucks after shipping, I was quite pleased with the performance of this mouse. The scroll wheel is smooth and doesn’t make my finger sore, and clicks are a bit mushy, but sensitive. The forward/back buttons are positioned such that I don’t constantly worry about hitting them accidentally like I do with some mice.
I particularly like the ability to switch the sensitivity on the fly. It’s great for FPS where a lighter touch is required for sniping, but response is needed close up.
My biggest complaint is that the cord is very stiff and will “push” the mouse unless it is carefully positioned. Otherwise, great mouse.
